Solaire Resort North invites guests to raise a glass to one of the world’s most iconic cocktails, the Negroni, with a week-long celebration from September 22 to 25. The event spotlights elevated, handcrafted Negroni creations inspired by Italy’s most beloved cities, from Bologna and Sicily to Naples, Venice, and beyond.

Guests can embark on a curated seven-stop journey across Solaire Resort North’s restaurants and bars, each presenting its own reimagined take on the Negroni. Highlights include the Pistachio Negroni at Café Mangrove, inspired by Sicily’s famed pistachios; the parmesan-infused Viva Bologna Negroni at Trattoria e Dolci; the floral Fiore Negroni at Yakumi; and the coffee-forward Caffè Negroni at Dragon Bar.

Other stops include Pool Café’s refreshing Limone Negroni, made with Sorrento lemons; Finestra’s savory Roma Italia Negroni infused with parmesan foam and pancetta; and Skybar’s sweet finale featuring the Cioccolato Negroni with Perugian chocolate or the Tiramisu Negroni honoring Venice’s signature dessert.

Each cocktail is priced from Php 500++ nett per glass. Guests are encouraged to collect stamps in a special “passport” as they explore the different bars, creating a flavorful tour of Italy without leaving Quezon City.
