Asia Icons: The Fiesta Closing Party brings Asia’s 50 Best Bars honorees and celebrated Philippine bars to Cebu for a one-night-only event
Cebu City — Nine acclaimed bars from across Asia will converge at NUSTAR Resort Cebu on November 15, 2026, for Asia Icons: The Fiesta Closing Party, the grand finale of The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta 2026.
Taking place at the resort’s Grand Ballroom, the one-night-only event will bring together internationally recognized bars and bartenders for a celebration of Asia’s vibrant cocktail culture. The festival will be held in Cebu for the first time, marking its expansion beyond Metro Manila and reinforcing the city’s growing profile as a destination for premium dining and beverage experiences.
Leading the international lineup is Guangzhou’s Hope & Sesame, ranked No. 1 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 and named The Best Bar in Asia 2026. Also participating are Bangkok’s Bar Us, ranked No. 6; Hong Kong’s Coa, at No. 24; and Kuala Lumpur’s Three X Co, at No. 32. Singapore’s BOP (Bartenders of Pony), ranked No. 52 on the extended 51–100 list, completes the international contingent.
The Philippines will be represented by a strong roster of homegrown talent, led by Problem Child, ranked No. 44 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 and named The Best Bar in the Philippines 2026. The Spirits Library, ranked No. 98 on the extended list, joins ReCraft and Raion, both featured on 50 Best Discovery, completing the nine-bar lineup.
Adding to the experience are NUSTAR’s own dining and beverage concepts, including Mott 32, Axis Entertainment & Sports Bar, Fili Lobby Lounge, and NUSTAR Lobby Lounge. Their participation further highlights the resort’s diverse offerings in dining, entertainment, and premium cocktail experiences.
Asia Icons: The Fiesta Closing Party will run from 7 p.m. on November 15 until 1 a.m. on November 16 at the Grand Ballroom of NUSTAR Resort Cebu. Tickets are priced at PHP 1,999 nett, inclusive of cocktails from participating bars and free-flowing pours from NUSTAR. Food will be available for purchase. A group promotion offers one complimentary ticket for every 10 tickets purchased.

Mott 32 Cebu to Host Guest Shift with Beijing’s Bar Long Fong
As part of the festival’s program, Mott 32 Cebu will host a special guest shift on November 13, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., featuring Fan Zhu, co-founder of Beijing’s award-winning Bar Long Fong, alongside Jay Natividad, Mott 32 Cebu’s award-winning head mixologist.
The two-hour collaboration will showcase the bartenders’ distinct approaches to cocktail-making, offering guests an opportunity to experience their craft and creativity firsthand.
Bar Long Fong ranked No. 96 on the extended Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 list. It also received the Bar of the Year and Best Cocktail Menu awards at the 2023 North Regional DRiNK Awards.
Open to the public, the guest shift adds another highlight to Cebu’s cocktail calendar, bringing internationally recognized bartending talent to the city ahead of the festival’s grand finale.
