F&B-driven enhancements mark continued momentum into its second decade
BORACAY, Philippines – The Lind Boracay, the island’s only MICHELIN Guide–listed hotel, builds on its milestone recognition with a new dining concept and refined experiences across the resort.
Following its MICHELIN Guide recommendation in 2025—its tenth year of operation—the property introduces Yím, a contemporary Thai restaurant led by a resident Thai chef with global luxury dining experience. Rooted in authenticity and presented in a relaxed yet refined setting, Yím brings a fresh, chef-driven perspective to Boracay’s evolving culinary scene.
The addition reinforces the resort’s focus on destination-led dining. At Crust, Mediterranean-inspired dishes are served in a beachfront setting with sunset views, live entertainment, and themed culinary events. Daily breakfast features a generous spread of continental and Asian favourites, while all-day offerings highlight hand-stretched pizzas, house-made pastas, and freshly baked breads.
“Being recognised by the MICHELIN Guide was a defining moment—not an endpoint, but a validation of the standards we have built over time,” said Pierre Henrichs, Chief Operating Officer of The Lind Hotels. “As we move into our second decade, our focus remains on consistency, thoughtful design, and the warmth of Filipino hospitality.”
Located along Station 1’s coveted stretch of White Beach, The Lind Boracay offers direct access to a quieter, more private section of the shoreline. Contemporary design, expansive sea views, and intuitive service continue to define the guest experience.
As the flagship of The Lind Hotels, the property reflects a commitment to continuous refinement—one that also guides the brand’s expansion into key island destinations, including Coron and Siargao.
“The addition of Yím underscores the role of dining in shaping the overall island experience,” Henrichs added. “It’s a direction that will continue to define The Lind as we grow.”
