MANILA — Radisson Hotel Group is reinforcing its commitment to the Philippines with a robust pipeline of new hotel developments, reflecting the country’s role as one of its most important growth markets in Southeast Asia-Pacific. With the Philippines now accounting for 35 percent of the Group’s regional growth, Radisson is signaling strong confidence in the nation’s tourism potential and long-term investment opportunities.
Among the newly signed projects is Radisson Hotel & Serviced Apartments Clark, Pampanga, scheduled to open in 2027 with 252 rooms. The property will be situated about seven kilometers from Clark International Airport, positioning it to serve both business and leisure travelers. In Metro Manila, Park Inn by Radisson Fairview is slated to open in 2028 with 151 rooms in Quezon City, while Park Inn by Radisson Laoag, also opening in 2028 with 151 rooms, will rise in Laoag, a destination known for its heritage and cultural identity.

Christine Angela Sevilla, Senior Director for Development, Southeast Asia-Pacific, said that fifteen years after the Group’s first opening in Cebu, the Philippines remains one of its strongest growth engines in the region. She noted that the momentum seen across Cebu, Clark, Metro Manila, Bohol and other regional destinations reflects strong partnerships and continued confidence in the country’s long-term tourism potential. The Group, she added, is focused on responsible growth, enhancing guest experiences, developing talent and supporting communities in ways that create lasting value.
Radisson Hotel Group currently operates seven hotels in the Philippines and has 18 properties under development, signaling sustained expansion across both established hubs and emerging destinations. Included in the pipeline is Radisson RED Resort Cebu Mactan, which has completed its groundbreaking and represents another step in strengthening the Group’s lifestyle portfolio in Cebu. The Group has also expanded its resort footprint with the recent opening of LIME Resort Bohol, a member of Radisson Individuals Premier and the first property under the brand in Southeast Asia-Pacific.

The Group is also preparing to introduce its first Radisson RED hotel in the country with the opening of Radisson RED Cebu Mandaue in early 2026. Positioned as a bold lifestyle brand, Radisson RED offers a design-led hospitality experience featuring contemporary social spaces, locally inspired elements and tech-forward conveniences tailored for modern travelers.
Looking ahead, Radisson Hotel Group will continue pursuing disciplined growth through a strategic mix of brands and formats across gateway cities, urban centers and high-potential secondary destinations. The company will also continue investing in training, mobility and leadership development while advancing sustainability initiatives focused on energy efficiency, responsible sourcing, waste reduction and community engagement to support destination resilience and long-term value creation.
