New World Makati Hotel has announced the appointment of Juergen Kreipl as General Manager, effective 21 November 2025, reinforcing the hotel’s strategic focus on the corporate, MICE, and premium business travel sectors in Manila.
Kreipl brings more than two decades of global hospitality leadership experience, spanning Southeast Asia, Greater China, and Europe, with a strong track record in driving operational excellence, revenue performance, and guest satisfaction across large-scale, high-performing hotel operations. He has held senior leadership roles at internationally recognized properties, including Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, InterContinental Shanghai Puxi, InterContinental Beijing Beichen, and InterContinental Geneva & Crowne Plaza Geneva.
In addition to his property-level expertise, Kreipl previously served as Vice President of Operations at Compass Hospitality Ltd. in Thailand, where he oversaw multi-property operations and implemented performance-driven strategies across a diverse portfolio. His experience in managing complex operations and aligning teams with commercial objectives is expected to further enhance New World Makati Hotel’s competitiveness in the corporate and MICE markets.
Aligned with Rosewood Hotel Group’s Relationship Hospitality philosophy, Kreipl will focus on strengthening client partnerships, elevating service consistency, and delivering tailored experiences for corporate clients, meeting planners, and international delegates.
