Leading the festivities is the Father’s Day Buffet at Kusina Sea Kitchens on June 21, featuring premium selections such as butter-aged steak, lobster thermidor, seafood paella, and Baileys coffee-infused desserts. Priced at PHP 3,500 nett per person, the buffet will be available for both lunch and dinner service. Fathers dining on the day will also get a chance to win a charcoal griller and meat package through a special raffle draw.
The celebration extends across the hotel’s dining and entertainment venues. Madison Lounge & Bar will serve a lineup of signature cocktails, including smoked chili negronis and Father’s Reserve blends, complemented by elevated bar bites. Meanwhile, Port Bar, positioned as Newport’s only sports bar, offers a more laid-back setting with beers and its signature burger selections.
For gifting, the hotel introduces the Gentleman’s Indulgence cake, a Baileys-infused creation layered with chocolate sponge, cream mousse, and coffee ganache, available at PHP 2,600 nett.
Families looking for a more communal dining experience may also enjoy an elevated Yum Cha offering at Hua Yuan, Newport’s only Shanghainese restaurant. Priced at PHP 1,288 nett per person, the menu features a refined assortment of dim sum, with groups of four receiving a complimentary serving of Xiao Long Bao.
Beyond dining, Hilton Manila is also spotlighting its Pet Staycation package, designed for guests traveling with their furry companions. The overnight experience includes curated amenities such as take-home treats, toys, and a bandana, along with a complimentary birthday cake for celebrating pets. Guests may also access Kabang Pet Park, a dedicated play area made from upcycled materials and named after the Philippines’ celebrated canine hero.
