The Ascott Limited has been nominated for both Asia’s Leading Serviced Apartment Brand 2026 and Philippines’ Leading Serviced Apartment Brand, further affirming the company’s strong reputation in the serviced residence sector across its global network.
Alongside the brand nominations, three Philippine properties under The Ascott Limited also received individual recognitions:

Among the nominated properties, Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila continues its remarkable award-winning streak. The property previously earned the title of Philippines’ Leading Serviced Apartments from 2017 to 2019, Asia’s Leading Serviced Apartments in 2020 and 2022, and World’s Leading Serviced Apartment in 2022. It also secured the Philippines’ Leading Serviced Apartment title in 2023 and 2024, before once again being named Asia’s Leading Serviced Apartment in 2025.
Its latest nomination reflects the property’s continued focus on heartfelt service, innovation, and sustainability-driven hospitality.
Meanwhile, Ascott Makati looks to continue its own legacy of excellence as it seeks to defend its title at this year’s awards. The property has consistently been recognized over the years, winning Philippines’ Leading Serviced Apartment in 2013 to 2015, 2020, 2022, and most recently in 2025. It was also named Asia’s Leading Serviced Apartment in both 2023 and 2024.
For Citadines Bay City Manila, the nomination marks a significant milestone. The property received its first-ever nomination as Philippines’ Leading Lifestyle Hotel, recognizing its vibrant and contemporary approach to modern urban stays.
