Bangkok, Thailand – The third edition of THAIFEX – HOREC Asia returns from 11–13 March 2026 at IMPACT, Muang Thong Thani, placing a strong focus on the skills, systems, and daily execution that drive hospitality performance.

As hospitality operators face tight margins, workforce constraints, and rising guest expectations, the event emphasizes operational workflows, service processes, and workforce execution—key drivers of efficiency and guest satisfaction.

“Operational execution now defines hospitality performance,” said Mathias Kuepper, Managing Director and Regional President, Asia-Pacific, Koelnmesse. “THAIFEX – HOREC Asia is built around the skills and systems that support day-to-day operations.”

The show will feature over 600 brands from more than 25 countries, including global names such as Hoshizaki, UNOX, Welbilt, Ecolab, Rational, Kimberly-Clark, Lavazza, and FRANKE, alongside leading Thai operators including GO Wholesale, CP Retailink, and AROMA. Visitors can also explore customizable hospitality furniture and surfaces from Thai brands like Deesawat and Pasaya. New participating markets in 2026 include France, the Netherlands, Macao SAR, and Spain, with national pavilions from Italy, China, and Singapore.

At the heart of the event is the THAIFEX – HOREC Xperiential Zone, a live environment demonstrating real-life hospitality operations from front-of-house service to chef-led kitchen workflows. Through guided walkthroughs, visitors can see how equipment, systems, and processes work together to deliver efficiency, consistency, and high-quality service.

The THAIFEX – HOREC Academy gathers senior hospitality leaders to explore strategy, operational performance, and leadership execution, featuring speakers from Central Food Wholesale, 137 Pillars Hotels & Resorts, S&P Syndicate, and Grab Thailand. Complementing this, hands-on workshops provide practical training in bakery techniques, wellness cooking, bartending, and wine masterclasses led by experienced industry professionals.

Specialized programmes also highlight sector standards and skills, including competitive coffee roasting events, the Thailand Ultimate Housekeeping Challenge, and the THAIFEX – HOREC Innovation Awards recognizing operational solutions that improve efficiency, usability, sustainability, and real-world impact. Interactive experiences such as SCOOP 500, Southeast Asia’s largest ice-cream tasting and production showcase, add a dynamic, experiential layer for attendees.

THAIFEX – HOREC Asia 2026 is a focused platform for hospitality operators and leaders to strengthen operational capabilities, evaluate solutions, and connect with key partners in the HoReCa sector. It complements THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2026, which focuses on F&B trade, sourcing, and market expansion, together forming a complete ecosystem for hospitality and foodservice businesses.

Jointly organised by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), the Thai Chamber of Commerce (TCC), and Koelnmesse, these two events form a cohesive ecosystem: one addressing how hospitality businesses run, the other addressing food and beverage businesses’ trade and scale.
