A seasoned hospitality and club management executive, Pinga brings over two decades of leadership experience across the hospitality, leisure, and recreation sectors. He joins Pico de Loro following his tenure as General Manager of Pueblo de Oro Golf and Country Club, where he led club operations, financial management, business development, and member relations initiatives.
Throughout his career, Pinga has held key leadership roles in several respected golf and country clubs, including Dakak Golf Club Inc., Calatagan Golf Club Inc., Valley Golf and Country Club, and Alabang Country Club. Recognized for his hands-on leadership style and strong operational discipline, he has built a reputation for enhancing service standards while fostering meaningful relationships with members, guests, and teams.
