Quezon City, July 2026 — Pat & Pat Restaurant has opened its new home in Old Balara, Quezon City, marking its relocation from Capitol Hills and ushering in a new chapter for the family-owned dining destination. The move brings the restaurant into a larger, purpose-built space while continuing to serve its signature elevated comfort food and warm hospitality.
Founded in December 2022 by husband-and-wife team Patrick and Marichele Gregorio under Freedom Hospitality Group (FHG), Pat & Pat was conceived as a neighborhood restaurant where guests could enjoy elevated comfort food in a warm and welcoming setting. Named after the couple and their daughter, Patricia, the restaurant has become known for bringing people together through familiar dishes prepared with quality ingredients and genuine Filipino hospitality.
Over the past three years, Pat & Pat has established itself as a community dining destination in Quezon City, offering a menu that includes hearty breakfast favorites, handcrafted pastas, premium grilled meats, seafood, burgers, sandwiches, and indulgent desserts. Its approach combines classic comfort food with refined techniques and contemporary presentation, appealing to families, young professionals, and groups seeking a relaxed yet elevated dining experience.
The Gregorios are the driving force behind Freedom Hospitality Group, which has grown from a modest restaurant franchising venture into a portfolio of proudly Filipino dining concepts built on hospitality, community, and meaningful guest experiences.
Patrick brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the hotel, tourism, and corporate sectors, providing the group with expertise in operations, strategy, and organizational development. Marichele, meanwhile, plays a hands-on role in shaping the guest experience, drawing on her passion for hospitality to create spaces that are both welcoming and thoughtfully designed.
The move to Old Balara allows Pat & Pat to welcome more guests with expanded dining areas, private function rooms, and landscaped outdoor spaces. The new venue is designed to accommodate guests up to 200 for banquets and social events, and up to 80 guests for the main dining, from intimate dinners and family celebrations to corporate gatherings while preserving the neighborhood charm that has defined the brand since it first opened.
With its new home in Old Balara, Pat & Pat continues its commitment to neighborhood dining centered on quality food, genuine hospitality, and creating meaningful moments around the table.
