MANILA, July 28, 2006 — Fuego Hospitality Collective (FHC), through its hotel management arm AHG Hotels & Resorts, has formally assumed the management of Costa Pacifica Resort in Baler, Aurora, marking another milestone in the company’s growing hospitality portfolio.

AHG Hotels & Resorts has been managing the beachfront property since February 1, 2026, laying the foundation for the resort’s next phase of growth. The partnership underscores FHC’s commitment to elevating hospitality experiences through strategic management, thoughtful design, and operational excellence across key tourism destinations in the Philippines.

A well-established landmark in Baler, Costa Pacifica has long been a favorite among surfers, families, and leisure travelers seeking a relaxing escape along Aurora’s Pacific coastline. Under AHG’s management, the resort is set to enhance its guest experience while preserving the character and charm that have made it one of the destination’s most recognized properties.

“Costa Pacifica is one of those rare properties that already has a soul,” said Santiago R. Elizalde, Chairman of Fuego Hospitality Collective. “Our role is to preserve what makes it special while introducing the creativity, operational excellence, and hospitality standards that define Fuego. Baler represents the kind of destination where we want to continue building meaningful hospitality experiences.”

Sea and Sierra Vista, Inc., owner of Costa Pacifica Resort, welcomed the transition and expressed confidence in the property’s future under FHC’s management.

“Costa Pacifica has been part of our family for many years, and we are proud to see it move forward in such capable hands. We look forward to seeing the resort continue to thrive and remain a source of pride for Baler and Aurora,” said Anna Rosalyn M. Angara, President of Sea and Sierra Vista, Inc.

Under FHC’s management, Costa Pacifica will benefit from enhancements to its design, dining concepts, and guest experiences while maintaining its connection to Baler’s local culture. The company continues to expand its hospitality portfolio across the Philippines.

Over the coming months, guests can expect improvements to the resort’s accommodations, dining venues, wellness facilities, and curated destination experiences as Costa Pacifica aligns with AHG’s operational standards while maintaining its identity as one of Baler’s premier beachfront resorts.

Meanwhile, Leechiu Property Consultants served as the transaction advisor for the management transition, further strengthening its growing Hotels, Tourism and Leisure Advisory practice.
