Manila, August 2026 — BRB, the speakeasy-style bar at Solaire Resort Entertainment City, marks its first anniversary with the launch of Newspaper Vol. 2, introducing a new collection of signature cocktails and zero-proof drinks while continuing its concept of pairing inventive mixology with an intimate social atmosphere.
The anniversary lineup features eight alcoholic cocktails and three zero-proof creations, developed in collaboration with bartenders and mixologists from Employees Only Singapore, Drink Collectiv, and No Entry Cocktail Club BGC.
The new drinks incorporate botanical ingredients sourced from Solaire’s greenhouse, which recently received Philippine Good Agricultural Practices (PhilGAP) certification. The use of locally grown botanicals adds an element of freshness and provenance to BRB’s evolving cocktail program.
Among the new signatures is Loophole, a sparkling blend of citrus and saline notes with herbal accents, while The Wizard offers a more complex profile combining nutty, fruity, bittersweet, rich, and jammy flavors.
Thomas 1869 combines Grey Goose Vodka, green grape, Vermouth, and Fino Sherry for a light and fruity serve, while The First Woman, inspired by Jeannette Rankin, the first woman to hold federal office in the United States, highlights floral and savory notes.
BRB is also expanding its options for guests who prefer alcohol-free beverages. The Quiet Remedy, made with sober whisky, kaffir lime, ginger, and lemongrass, is designed to deliver the aromatic complexity of a cocktail without the alcohol.
The new menu also retains some of BRB’s established favorites. These include BRB Irish Coffee, served hot or cold and made with Kapeng Barako, local coconut palm sugar, toasted coconut cream, and coconut powder; Unripe, featuring green mango and Bombay Sapphire Gin; and Acai Atelier, combining house-made acai green tea and hibiscus.
