The Admiral Hotel Manila-MGallery unveiled its signature culinary series  known as Admiral’s Travels last April 2 at The Admiral Club Manila Bay.

Inspired by their iconic brand of yore and the adventures of the Admiral, this signature culinary campaign pays homage to the destination, culture, and heritage of the Admiral’s global explorations. Additionally, the campaign invites guests to embark on a gastronomic adventure, bringing back home and reinterpreting international flavors through the restaurant’s dining ateliers.

Admiral Hotel General Manager Matthieu Busschaërt said: “As the only hotel in Manila recommended by the MICHELIN Guide 2024 and a recipient of the Best Design award from Tatler Best-In-Class, Admiral Hotel endeavors to elevate the gastronomic experience of its guests by bringing in world’s finest culinary artisans to Manila, in collaboration with Accor’s La Maison hotels worldwide.”

Taste of Thailand

From April 1 to 30,  the Admiral Hotel Manila – MGallery brings to life the first stop of this culinary journey — The Admiral’s Travels: Taste of Thailand. This authentic Thai culinary experience is brought through a partnership with Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit and in collaboration with Esclusivo Inc.

The talented banquet chefs of Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, Executive Sous Chef Narumol Intiya (Chef Joy), who brings with her over 20 years of expertise in Thai cuisine, will be assisted by Junior Sous Chef Sakda Rangsoongnern, also from Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit. They have journeyed to Manila to personally prepare and showcase signature Thai dishes at the Admiral Club. These exclusive dishes will be highlighted in the hotel’s lunch and dinner buffet offerings throughout the month of April.

To continue exploring the flavors of Thailand, the hotel also offers Thai Afternoon Tea at El Atrio Lounge. This high tea features classic favorites such as Chicken Satay, Prawn and Pomelo Salad with Roasted Coconut, Mango Sticky Rice, Lime & Lemon Meringue Tart, among others, all perfectly paired with Chai Tea Latte.
