MAKATI CITY, Philippines — Fairmont Makati is bringing back its signature Liquid Brunch series for another season beginning 14 June 2026, reviving the hotel’s popular poolside Sunday gathering at The Pool Bar.

Held from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM on the hotel’s 4th floor, the monthly event combines Patrón Tequila cocktails, live DJ performances, and a vibrant poolside atmosphere that has become a favorite among Makati’s social crowd, hotel guests, and local residents.

The event is presented in partnership with Patrón Tequila, featuring a curated cocktail menu led by the signature Paloma and crafted around Patrón Silver tequila.

Guests may join through walk-in access priced at PHP 600 per person, inclusive of pool use, event entry, and a welcome drink. Fairmont Makati also offers table and cabana packages for groups, which include bottles of Patrón Silver, mixers, and poolside dishes such as Signature Guacamole and Chips and Truffle Quesadilla.

The hotel said larger groups may opt for the Big Cabana package designed for up to eight guests.

Following the June edition, succeeding Liquid Brunch events are scheduled on 5 July, 2 August, 6 September, 4 October, 8 November, and 6 December 2026.
