Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria and Holiday Inn & Suites Manila Galleria are set to bring the vibrant flavors of India to the capital with Saffron & Spice: Indian Week Food Festival, taking place from April 12 to 20, 2026 at Seven Corners Restaurant.
The nine-day culinary showcase highlights the richness and diversity of Indian cuisine, curated by Cluster Executive Chef Luca Angioletti and Executive Chef David Chu. The collaboration underscores the properties’ continued push to elevate their dining experiences through globally inspired concepts.
Guests can expect an extensive buffet featuring classic Indian dishes, including butter chicken, biryani, tandoori specialties, vegetarian curries, and traditional sweets. Prepared using authentic spices and time-honored techniques, the spread aims to deliver an immersive taste of India within a local setting.
Seven Corners, known for its international buffet offerings, will serve as the festival’s main venue, reinforcing the hotels’ positioning as key dining destinations in Metro Manila.
The festival is priced at PHP 3,200 nett per person and runs throughout April 12 to 20, 2026. As part of the week-long celebration, guests may also join a special master class on April 18, offered at PHP 1,750 nett per person, providing insights into authentic Indian cooking techniques. The culinary experience culminates on April 19 with a “4 Chefs, 8 Hands” dinner, where chefs specializing in Indian, Filipino, Chinese, and Italian cuisines collaborate on a multi-cultural dining showcase, also priced at PHP 3,200 nett per person.
