On February 14 at 7:00 PM, the NUSTAR Poolside Gardens transforms into a dreamy open-air venue overlooking the sea and the iconic CCLEX. Priced at PHP 6,000 per person, the five-course dinner begins with elegant amuse-bouches, followed by charred octopus, rosé berry sorbet, and a choice of mains: U.S. beef with foie gras or Chilean seabass and lobster. A Dark Chocolate Frangelico Magnum concludes the evening, accompanied by a live saxophonist serenade.

Amore al Primo Morso at Il Primo
Il Primo presents a five-course Italian Valentine’s menu at PHP 4,000++ per person. Highlights include mortadella amuse-bouche, Puglia-style seafood salad, beetroot culurgiones, Black Angus beef tenderloin, and cherry semifreddo. Optional wine pairing (PHP 1,000++).
