Taguig City — Hann Resorts has unveiled updates on its next major development, Hann Reserve, during a media briefing held at Manila House in Bonifacio Global City. The project marks the group’s expansion beyond Clark Freeport Zone into New Clark City, Tarlac, reinforcing Hann Resorts’ growing footprint in integrated leisure and hospitality developments in Luzon.
Envisioned as a 450-hectare nature-led integrated estate, Hann Reserve represents the group’s most environment-focused project to date. The briefing was led by Agnes “Neki” Liwanag, Vice President for Real Estate and Property Development of Hann Philippines, Inc., and Tim Neil, General Manager of Hann Reserve, who traced the company’s evolution from its flagship Hann Casino Resort in Clark to its newest eco-sanctuary estate, set to open in March.
“After 10 minutes discussing the plans with Mr. Hann, I knew I had to be a part of it. I’m all in,” Neil shared, underscoring the vision behind the project.
Liwanag explained that Hann Reserve builds on the lifestyle ecosystem created by Hann Casino Resort, allowing guests to stay at Hann’s Clark hotels while extending their experience through golf, wellness, and outdoor recreation in New Clark City.
At the core of Hann Resorts’ portfolio is Hann Casino Resort, an 11-hectare integrated resort housing international hotel brands Marriott and Swissôtel, alongside the local Widus brand. The resort features more than 20 dining concepts, live entertainment venues, and a retail strip, establishing it as the first fully integrated resort in Central Luzon.

A recent expansion added a 1.2-hectare gaming wing with 584 slot machines and 34 table games, introducing a canyon-inspired interior design concept characterized by open flow, warm earth tones, and ambient lighting. New lifestyle spaces were also launched, including The Canyon, a café by day and café-winery by night, as well as new dining venues such as Three Woks, offering East Asian cuisine, and The Pearl, a fine-dining concept located within the VIP gaming area.
Beyond Clark, Hann Resorts’ next phase is anchored by Hann Reserve, which Neil described as a master-planned community designed to balance hospitality, recreation, wellness, and residential living within a single estate.
“Something we always talk about internally is that we’re not here to replicate—we’re here to reinvent,” Neil said. “We want to create quality golf at the highest level, with offerings for multiple consumer groups, whether that’s wellness, the PGA Village, or three championship-level courses not currently available not just in the Philippines, but in Southeast Asia.”
Liwanag emphasized the project’s strong sustainability focus, noting strict compliance with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). “We are very compliant with DENR when it comes to estate development. Sustainability is a priority—we even measure soil moisture to manage and control water usage,” she said.
Hann Reserve will feature three championship golf courses designed by Nicklaus Design, K.J. Choi, and Sir Nick Faldo, supported by a PGA Performance Center and PGA Village developed in partnership with the PGA of America. The estate will also integrate wellness facilities, educational components, and residential zones, positioning it as a multi-use destination for both visitors and long-term residents.
Neil added that the PGA partnership enables structured golf training and education pathways, including programs linked to the estate’s planned international schools. This positions Hann Reserve not only as a leisure destination, but also as an emerging hub for golf tourism and athlete development in the region.
The March opening will mark the first phase of Hann Reserve, with subsequent stages rolled out to ensure design continuity and long-term sustainability. Together, Hann Casino Resort and Hann Reserve reflect Hann Resorts’ strategy of creating linked destinations, allowing guests to transition seamlessly from an urban integrated resort environment in Clark to open landscapes and nature-based experiences in New Clark City.
