Clark Freeport, August 2026Filinvest Hospitality has strengthened its lifestyle and dining portfolio in Clark with the opening of three new restaurant concepts at Filinvest Shoppes Mimosa while unveiling a preview of Mimosa Lifestyle+, an integrated rewards program set for official launch in the coming weeks.

The newly opened restaurants—Firehouse Pizza Clark, La Loca, and Recado by Carlos Villaflor—were inaugurated during a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by company executives, partners, and members of the media.

Firehouse Pizza Clark introduces New York-style pizzas, crisp chicken, and pasta dishes, highlighted by its signature dough that undergoes a 48-hour fermentation process. La Loca offers a contemporary take on Spanish cuisine, featuring tapas, cocktails, and a lively dining atmosphere. Meanwhile, Recado by Carlos Villaflor showcases modern Filipino cuisine through the “Bold & Fresh Filipino” concept led by resident chef Carlos Villaflor, a Tuguegarao native who draws inspiration from regional flavors across the Philippines.

“Our promise has always been to provide exceptional hospitality and unparalleled leisure. With the addition of Firehouse Pizza, La Loca, and Recado to our portfolio, we are fulfilling that promise in a deliciously dynamic way. These spaces are built for your milestones, your family Sundays, and your casual moments of rest and relaxation,” said Michael Gapin, General Manager of Quest Plus Conference Center Clark and Mimosa Plus Golf Course.

During the event, Filinvest Hospitality also underscored its broader vision of transforming the property into a comprehensive leisure destination.

“We are no longer just a hotel or a golf course—we have officially evolved into a premier, fully integrated lifestyle resort destination,” said Ria Sarrosa, First Vice President for Hotels and Restaurants at Filinvest Hospitality. “Our goal is simple: to design seamless, life-making moments for you, from morning until night.”

The company also offered guests an exclusive preview of Mimosa Lifestyle+, a rewards program designed to integrate dining, hotel stays, and golf experiences across Filinvest Mimosa+.

According to Sarrosa, the program aims to provide guests with “more life, more play, and more perks” through a seamless membership experience. Details on membership tiers and the accompanying mobile application will be announced during the official launch in the coming weeks.

The latest additions reinforce Filinvest Hospitality’s strategy of expanding beyond accommodations and golf by creating a lifestyle destination that combines hospitality, dining, recreation, and loyalty experiences within the Mimosa estate.
