Landco Lifestyle Ventures (LLV) has partnered with the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA) to position the Special Resident Retirees Visa (SRRV) as a lifestyle-driven residency option anchored on leisure real estate investment.
The collaboration, formalized at Manila House by LLV President and CEO Erickson Manzano and PRA CEO Roberto Zozobrado, aligns with the Philippines’ recognition as the “Best Retirement Destination in Asia.”
Under the program, foreign nationals can secure long-term residency through qualified property investments in LLV’s master-planned coastal and mountain developments in Batangas, including Calatagan, Nasugbu, and Laiya.
The SRRV offering is enhanced through the partnership with streamlined visa processing, ownership incentives, access to LLV’s Lifestyle Pass network, and hospitality-led property management services.
LLV’s portfolio includes integrated leisure communities such as The Spinnaker at Club Laiya, The Nautilus at CaSoBe, and The Residences at Terrazas de Punta Fuego, designed to offer end-to-end destination living supported by curated experiences and concierge-style services.
“This partnership goes beyond residency—it offers a lifestyle anchored on quality living and investment value,” said Manzano.
The initiative supports the Philippine government’s push to strengthen its position as a leading retirement hub in Asia, while driving tourism and foreign investment.
With over 84,000 foreign retirees in the country, the Philippines continues to attract global markets including the US, Europe, Japan, South Korea, and Australia, drawn by its cost competitiveness, English proficiency, and lifestyle appeal.
Zozobrado noted, “This collaboration reinforces our vision of the Philippines as not just a retirement destination, but a place for meaningful, long-term living.”
