Landco Pacific Corporation has appointed Patrick “Pato” C. Gregorio as the head of its hospitality and lifestyle ventures under Landco Lifestyle Ventures (LLV). Gregorio, who previously served as a senior consultant for hospitality and tourism at Landco Pacific, brings decades of experience in leadership roles within the hospitality, tourism, and sports industries.

In his new role at LLV, Gregorio will oversee the operations of Camp John Hay legacy hotels, manage the rebranded Millennial Resorts Corporation, and lead the management of condotels within the Landco Resort Estates. His diverse background includes managing luxury and premium hotels, tourist attractions, and overseeing Philippine sports on both local and international levels, demonstrating his adaptability and flexibility as a leader.

Gregorio’s appointment comes at a crucial time for LLV as the company aims to elevate guest experiences in key destinations across the country. With his dynamic leadership style and deep understanding of hospitality, Gregorio is well-equipped to guide LLV into a new chapter for Landco Pacific.

Gregorio’s career in the tourism sector began with roles such as the youngest general manager of the Manila Hotel and president of Waterfront Hotels and Resorts. He was also recognized as a Ten Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) awardee for tourism in 2003. A graduate of the University of the Philippines with a degree in Tourism, Gregorio graduated cum laude.
