This October, Solaire Resort Entertainment City, in partnership with the German Club of the Philippines, is set to host the country’s only authentic Oktoberfest celebration from October 9 to 11, 2025, at the Solaire Grand Ballroom.
The three-day event promises a festive showcase of Bavarian culture, featuring bottomless German beer, authentic cuisine, and live music by the Bavarian Sound Express. Guests will have the opportunity to experience the lively atmosphere inspired by Hofbräuhaus München, the iconic beer hall in Munich, with Hofbräu serving as the event’s official beer sponsor.
Oktoberfest at Solaire highlights a full lineup of traditional German fare served family-style. Guests can enjoy freshly baked Laugenbrezel (Bavarian pretzels), German-style smoked salmon, cold cuts and cheeses, alongside staple salads such as Münchner Wurstsalat (Munich-style sausage salad) and Kartoffelsalat (potato salad).
The menu also features a variety of German sausages, including Weisswurst and Rostbratwurst, paired with potato salad and freshly baked rolls. Hearty mains include the Wiesn Platte, a Bavarian meat platter of crispy pork knuckle, schnitzel, sausages, and rotisserie chicken, accompanied by mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, and onion jus. Signature dishes like beef goulash and homemade Käse Spätzle (cheese spätzle) complete the savory offerings.
Traditional desserts such as Apfelstrudel (apple strudel), Kaiserschmarrn (caramelized shredded pancake), and Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte (Black Forest cake) will be served to end the feast on a sweet note.
