With nearly three decades of global hospitality leadership, Mr. Rothbarth brings vast expertise and a dynamic vision for elevating the guest experience.

Rothbarth previously served as Cluster General Manager for Fairmont Hotels and Safari Clubs Kenya, including Fairmont The Norfolk in Nairobi and Fairmont Mara Safari Club. In 2023, he led The Norfolk to win the World Travel Award for ‘Africa’s Leading City Hotel’. His career spans leadership roles across Africa and Asia, including the Philippines, where he oversaw the pre-opening and launch of Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA, Manila.
