Festive two-day culinary celebration invites guests to linger, connect, and savor the holidays by Manila Bay

This holiday season, Conrad Manila is turning up the festive cheer with the launch of Manila’s longest brunch at Brasserie on 3. As part of the hotel’s “Bright Holidays, Brilliant Memories” collection of experiences, the indulgent brunch will be held exclusively on December 25 and 31, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Guests can expect an opulent spread of holiday classics and festive specialties, including herb-crusted roast beef with red wine jus, honey-glazed ham with pineapple chutney, lemon-rosemary roast lamb with tzatziki, roasted turkey with sage and chestnut stuffing, tomahawk ribeye roast, lechon, and Omaha beef leg, among others. The holiday brunch is priced at PHP 4,888 nett per person, with an optional beverage upgrade for select alcoholic drinks at PHP 1,000 nett per person.

Brasserie on 3, Conrad Manila’s award-winning all-day dining destination on the third floor, offers sweeping views of Manila Bay. Executive Chef Nicolas de Visch, with a background in Michelin-starred restaurants, leads the kitchen, ensuring each dish delivers both flavor and artistry.

Holiday dining highlights 

Conrad Manila invites guests to celebrate the season with a variety of festive dining experiences. The Blazing Festive Buffet, available daily from November 11 to December 30, offers lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at PHP 3,188 nett per person, and dinner from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at PHP 3,588 nett per person.

On Christmas Eve, December 24, the Sparkling Buffet features lunch at PHP 3,188 nett (12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.) and dinner at PHP 4,888 nett (6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.). The Christmas Day Dinner on December 25 is priced at PHP 4,888 nett per person, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

For the year-end celebration, the Radiant New Year Feast on December 31 offers a New Year’s Eve dinner buffet with a standard table at PHP 4,799 nett and a bay view table at PHP 4,899 nett. Each dining experience promises a festive ambiance, exquisite cuisine, and memorable moments by the bay.

Another festive highlight is the afternoon tea buffet at C Lounge, served from December 20 to 26, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Guests can indulge in sweet creations such as Santa chocolate dome, gift box mango coconut, strawberry macarons, mini Christmas yule logs, and Christmas tree red wine jelly panna cotta. Savory offerings include peppered roasted beef, cucumber & cream sandwiches, smoked apple cheddar bites, honey-glazed ham sliders, parmesan & polenta bites, avocado tuna tartare tarts, and turkey sage & onion stuffing balls. A live crepe station and freshly brewed coffee or tea complete the experience at PHP 3,288 ++ per person.
