In its third year, the Hotel Sales and Marketing Association (HSMA) is gearing up for its highly-anticipated Sales and Marketing Summit. This premier industry event brings together top hospitality leaders and experts to discuss the changing landscape of marketing in the hospitality industry.
Slated for June 19, 2025, at The Grand Ballroom of the City of Dreams Manila, the HSMA Summit is the flagship learning and networking event for hospitality professionals in the country. This year’s theme, “Leading the Shift: Redefining Hospitality Sales and Marketing for the Next Generation,” highlights the industry’s need to embrace innovation, sharpen commercial strategies, and build future-ready teams amid the rapidly changing tourism landscape.
“The HSMA Summit is where industry leaders and rising stars come together to shape the future of Philippine tourism. The next generation of sales and marketing professionals must attend not just to learn, but to lead. This summit gives them the tools, insights, and inspiration they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world,” says Loleth So, HSMA President and Group Commercial Director of Megaworld Hotels & Resorts.
The one-day summit will include keynote presentations, executive panels, and specialized sessions covering key topics such as government policies’ impact on hospitality businesses, channel management strategies, revenue optimization, leadership development, and building industry relationships that drive conversions.
Following the success of last year’s summit, this year’s event seeks to elevate industry discussions and provide actionable strategies for hospitality professionals. Esteemed speakers, including Dr. Enrico Basilio from the University of the Philippines, and executives from leading hospitality groups and technology providers, will share their insights at the summit.
“As we gather for our third summit, we’re focused on creating meaningful discussions that translate to transformative strategies for attendees,” adds Margarita Munsayac, HSMA Chair and Vice-President of Sales & Marketing at Bluewater Resorts. “The insights shared at this event will help shape the future of hospitality sales and marketing practices in the country.”
The HSMA Summit is part of the association’s major initiatives this year, along with the September Online Sale and the annual Virtus Awards.
Registration fees are P3,800 for HSMA members and P4,800 for non-members.
