On April 5, 2026, Yawaragi transforms into a vibrant yet elegant dining destination, capturing the playful spirit of Easter while staying true to the understated Japanese sophistication that defines the hotel.
“For this year’s Easter celebration, we wanted to create an experience that brings families together in a setting that balances joy and refinement,” shares General Manager Jan Marshall. “It’s about enjoying exceptional cuisine while creating meaningful moments with loved ones.”
At the heart of the celebration is a curated buffet inspired by the colors and flavors of the season. Guests can begin their culinary journey at the Sashimi Live Station, featuring sustainably sourced yellowfin tuna and premium salmon. The Pasta Station offers dishes prepared à la minute, including Shrimp and Vegetable Pasta and Stracciatella Pasta—each highlighting fresh ingredients and delicate textures.
Seafood lovers can indulge at the Seafood on Ice Station, showcasing prawns and New Zealand mussels, while the Robatayaki Counter presents grilled selections cooked over open flame and served hot to the table.
Elevating the savory offerings, Chef Rexander Aspiras presents standout dishes such as Braised Lamb Riblet in Cajun Lamb Jus and Chicken Roulade. The Carving Station features herbed roasted Australian Wagyu chuck eye roll, finished with Dijon for added depth.
For dessert, Senior Pastry Chef Vi Serrano delivers a playful yet refined finale with her Ginataang Halo-Halo V2, encased in a chocolate eggshell and served with warm coconut milk—an imaginative take on a Filipino favorite.
Beyond the dining experience, guests can enjoy a variety of festive activities throughout the afternoon. A roving mime with balloon-making performances adds a whimsical touch, while children can participate in face painting, origami-making, and cupcake decorating. Interactive highlights also include a make-your-own ice cream station and a cotton candy cart, along with handcrafted cake pops served tableside.
