A 17-hectare property in Calatagan, Batangas, it is the latest project of Araw Hospitality Group, although only 7 hectares are currently developed according to the resort manager, Tanya Deldar. The Malabon villa features three beautifully arranged rooms, each spanning from 13 to 22 square meters, located on the second level. These rooms showcase decorations that centered on Tagalog heritage. The ground floor serves as the reception area for the resort.
In the Ilocos villa, you’ll find three distinct units, each varying in size from 16 to 39 sqm. Adorned with regional heirlooms, the villa showcases a spacious balcony and a generously sized lounge area for relaxation and socializing, while the Escolta offers 6 studio and loft-style accommodations (16 to 24 sqm), and provides access to the villa’s own plunge pool. The Amadeo section features 3 uniformly sized rooms with each boasting a private balcony. Similarly, the Zambales section has 3 units of 22 sqm each, sharing a common balcony with forest view.
Perched on a hill are the Malay villas, comprising 5 single-detached units of 23 sqm. These are distinctively designed cabanas with modern eclectic interiors, and each comes with a private deck offering views of the sea and mountains.
On the other hand, the Araw Villa, the resort’s Presidential Suite, is nestled in a quiet mid-hill area with forest view and is the most spacious. It is styled with a bohemian flair and features a generous balcony, a lounge area, and a gazebo for small gatherings.
The uniquely themed villas provide an immersive cultural experience, thoughtfully crafted with furniture and interiors adorned with art and decor to reflect the traditional aesthetics associated with their namesake locales.
