The program is built on five pillars: client recognition, needs qualification, client stay information, personalized proposition, and client experience. Its core principles include being customer-centric, recognizing return guests, adapting conversations based on customer needs, maintaining flexibility for different markets, and focusing on guest satisfaction and experience.

The award ceremony was attended by the hotel’s reservations team, guest service center department, and division heads for Commercial Sales and Revenue Management.
