Hilton Manila’s all-day dining restaurant Kusina Sea Kitchens celebrates the coming Diwali or Festival of Lights with the launch of “Treasures of India” as part of its daily buffet offerings starting October 22.
“We are delighted to present our loyal patrons with a vibrant spread of authentic Indian cuisine specially prepared by our new Senior Sous Chef Manish Thapa,” shares John Lucas, hotel general manager, adding, “Our team has curated a feast of rich and deep flavors that seamlessly blends with our other ‘open kitchen’ offerings such as the Japanese, Chinese, Western, and even the Filipino Paluto stations.”
‘Treasures of India’ buffet menu highlights include traditional favorites such as Golgappa pani poori, Prawn Masala, Lamb Biryani, among others. Chef Manish will also present diners with healthy, vegetarian options as well as mouthwatering desserts Gulab jamun, Rasmalai and Mango lassi. Kusina Sea Kitchens’ buffet selection is available on weekdays for dinner, and on weekends for lunch and dinner, with prices from Php 2,480 net per person. Kusina Sea Kitchens indulges patrons with a premium buffet featuring fresh and sustainably sourced produce and ingredients. The restaurant, located on the hotel’s third floor, is also known for its different ‘open kitchens’ where guests can freely interact with the chefs and team members while partaking in the buffet offerings. The culinary team, which was recently hailed as the 2022 Philippine Culinary Cup Overall Champions – Professional Division, can also prepare select seafood and meats at the Paluto station a la minute, to the diners’ preference.
