Crimson Hotel has introduced a Mexican culinary promotion that will last until September 26 at its all-day dining restaurant, Cafe Eight. The food festival called Sabores de Mexico: A Celebration of Mexican Cuisine, highlights the vibrant flavors of Mexico, featuring guest chef Daniela Romero.
The festive food affair was graced by guests from the Mexican community, government and business sectors, media personalities and society figures. Attendees were entertained by the young and spirited Marichi band, Grupo Achai, followed by a powerful performance of Grammy award winning singer, Flor Yvone Quezada.
Launched in commemoration with the Mexican National Day, the festival opened with a piñata breaking and a tequila toast headed by Crimson Hotel’s new general manager, Saurabh Kukreja, together with guest chef Romero and Mexican Ambassador Julio Camarena.
