Chroma Hospitality Inc. broke ground recently as they announced their newest hotel concept and addition to their managed hotel brands – GRAFIK Hotel, located on a 5,700 sqm leased plot in the heart of Camp John Hay, Baguio City.

Together with its owner and developer, Filinvest Hospitality Corporation, this 1.0Bn investment begins the 25-year lease agreement with Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC). 

Francis Gotianun, Sr Vice President of Filinvest Hospitality Corp, shared, “Filinvest is thrilled to announce this new hotel in Baguio. This is important for us as it will fortify our presence in Northern Luzon, both as a hospitality provider and a contributor to the local economy.”

GRAFIK Hotel will feature a full-service hotel  with 240 keys amidst open spaces and natural landscaping, three F&B outlets, a spa, and meeting facilities. The property will be a sustainable development and will be built according to global best practices in line with the EDGE Green Building Program of the International Finance Corp (IFC).

Grafik Baguio is slated for completion in the 4th quarter of 2024.
