Rediscover the Flavors of the Archipelago at Diamond Hotel Philippines during the Filipino Food Festival from June 6 to 12, 2022 featuring renowned dishes of Filipino Chef Tatung Sarthou – award-winning celebrity chef, restaurateur, best-selling cookbook author, and YouTuber.

To celebrate Philippine Independence and unity, curated culinary treasures of the Philippines will be highlighted at the Corniche Lunch and Dinner buffet spread spanning Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao for P3,300 net per person.

Savor creatively prepared dishes by Chef Tatung starting with appetizers such as Pako Salad, Kinilaw na Tuna and Sinuglaw. For some warmth and comfort, try the soups Sinampalukang Manok, Papaitan Soup and Beef Hinalang. Main dishes that will surely satisfy include Pancit Pusit, Callos, Balbacua, Pinaggang and Beef Kulma. The carving section will highlight the popular Lechon Belly Roll and Roast Beef Adobo.
