Leo Holli has been appointed general manager of Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort in Clark, Pampanga. The hotel is the first Hilton property in the northern Philippines and Holli will be responsible for overseeing the management and day-to-day operations of the hotel.
Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort is the second hotel in the Philippines to open under the flagship Hilton brand following the opening of Hilton Manila in October last year.
An Austrian national, Holli brings with him over 20 years of service in the industry. He began his career as a management trainee, joining his first Hilton property, Vienna Hilton, in 1995. With a focus on Food & Beverage, his career has brought him to the Middle East, West Indies, Malta, Australia, Asia, and the UK.
He most recently served as director of operations at Conrad Manila. As part of the hotel’s pre-opening management team, he helped steer the team to a successful opening and win a slew of industry awards in the process. Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort is his first posting as general manager.
“I am excited to be leading this new venture, bringing Hilton’s 100-year legacy of hospitality to Clark, Pampanga. We are redefining the hospitality landscape here in Clark and I am confident that with the strength of the brand, coupled with the genuine warmth of the Filipino hospitality, we will deliver exceptional guest experiences to each and every guest,” said Holli.
Set to open on December 30, Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort sits on a 300-hectare land that includes a casino, a private golf country club, an international school, and luxury residential villas, among others. The hotel provides guests with a complement of services and amenities, including 1,800 sqm of meeting space, outdoor pool, valet and laundry services, fitness center, outdoor jogging path, spa, and restaurants. It is a mere 12-minute drive from the Clark International Airport.
