You can never go wrong when it comes to running, especially when it is for a cause, and Clark Marriott Hotel showed it is all for doing the right thing when it held its first Run To Give Event this morning at Clark Freeport Zone. 

The event coincides with the first year anniversary of Clark Marriott, the first and only five-star hotel in Northern Luzon.

“Clark Marriott turns one year today, the staff is great and we have made many friends. We have more than a thousand runners participating today. The run is an activity that happens within Marriott, and Marriott in the Philippines is supporting Save the Children, and with your support this morning, we hope we can make a difference,” said Goeran Soelter, general manager of Clark Marriott Hotel.

The Run To Give is a key event in Asia-Pacific under the Marriott International as its TakeCare movement, aiming to encourage associates to live their best life by promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being and creating strong team synergy whole making a difference in communities where Marriott International operates in. 

Prizes for the winners of the 3K, 5K, and 10K runs, as well as raffle prizes, were awarded.
