Authentic Kapampangan grown-up dishes are also available as the main course such as Ox-tail Kare-Kare, Pinakbet, Asado Matua, Seafood Paella or Bringhe, Bistek Tagalog and Beef Kaldereta.
A taste of Pampanga is never complete without its famed “SISIG” with inihaw sa bilao on the side.
