Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila unveiled a new gastronomic venture with the opening of Scott’s, a casual all-day dining that aims to use fresh and locally-sourced ingredients.

The name Scott’s was inspired by Asia Pacific’s first international service residence opened by Scotts Holdings in Singapore.  This property was situated on Scotts Road in the Central Area of Singapore which was an upscale residential area until 1984.

Located on the second floor, Scott’s offers a wide array of choices including Filipino favorites —Lechon Kawali and Beef Short Ribs Kare-Kare. These choices have been joined by new options including Keto Taco Salad, Salmon Poke Bowl, Prawn Laksa, Cast Iron Flank Steak and Ice Ketang.

Scott’s has a private room for special occasions and celebrations. An extensive beverage selection is also available for grab and go.

Executive Chef Johnny is set to establish a culinary experience based on his own philosophy influenced by his exposure to different countries and culture. “Globally influenced yet locally created, a process that highlights quality and flavor. Our new menu reflects my love and respect for food. We want to welcome guests as if they are at their home with the food they deserve.”
