Papa John’s has expanded its line of pizzas in the Philippines with the reintroduction of thin crust and roll out of stuffed crust pizzas.
The new products came after Papa John’s stopped selling thin crust pizzas five months ago in the Philippines. Back then, the pizza came in just one size. The new thin crust pizzas are now available in regular, family, and party sizes, said Marifi Serafin, marketing manager.
Its thin crust pizza is chewy, not brittle, and it guarantees that the product will retain its good quality even after reheated. It is available in Simply Cheese, Hawaiian, and Pepperoni variants.
The restaurant has added another promotion: On Thursdays, Papa John’s gives free 1.5L Coke for every 14-inch thin crust pizza order.
While only three flavors can be made thin crust, all pizza variants on the menu can be upgraded to stuffed crust for an extra PHP85. The restaurant also introduced two new dishes, namely Pepperoncini Dynamite and Ultimate Potato Wedges.
The brand, operated in the Philippines by Malaysian company Berjaya, has been in the local market for five years with 18 existing stores nationwide.
