New World Makati Hotel welcomes Executive Chef Warren Lee Brown

New World Makati Hotel has announced the appointment of the esteemed Executive Chef Warren Lee Brown to lead its culinary team. With a distinguished career spanning over three decades and a wealth of international experience, Chef Warren will be the driving force behind the hotel’s culinary operations, promising an elevated dining experience for guests.

Chef Warren Brown, an English national known for his innovative and impactful approach to fine dining, will bring his exceptional expertise and passion to New World Makati Hotel. His impressive track record includes prestigious roles at top hotels and resorts worldwide, such as Conrad Hotel Manila, Kempinski Hotel Adriatic Croatia, and Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, among others.

Chef Warren’s career is highlighted by numerous awards and accolades, underscoring his dedication to culinary excellence such as winning Gold in the Black Box Singapore Culinary Challenge, Salon Culinaire, N.S.W, and Salon Culinaire, L.A Parade de Chefs London, respectively.

In his new role at New World Makati Hotel, Chef Warren is poised to enhance the hotel’s culinary offerings, leveraging his vast experience in high-end hospitality and his commitment to excellence. His approach to food is characterized by a meticulous attention to detail, creative flair, and a deep understanding of global culinary trends.

Meanwhile, alongside Chef Warren’s appointment, New World Makati Hotel also announces the promotion of Jennifer Padon to Director of Food and Beverage, effective August 1, 2024.

Jennifer first joined the hotel in February 2020 as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, after six years in the same role at New World Manila Bay. Her tenure in New World Makati Hotel includes a brief stint as Director of Social Impact, showcasing her dedication and adaptability across a variety of roles. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Jennifer’s promotion marks a significant milestone as she becomes the first local Director of Food and Beverage in the hotel’s history.

As Director of Food and Beverage, Jennifer will oversee the hotel’s dining operations, working closely with Chef Warren to continue delivering gourmet experiences.
