The Forbes 5-star integrated resort, Okada Manila, is hosting a collaborative culinary event featuring the expertise of La Piazza Ristorante Italiano’s Chef Mattia Stroppa and Mrs. Saldo’s Chef Rhea Rizzo. These two passionate chefs, known for their distinct culinary styles, will come together to showcase their creations on May 15 and 16, 2024.
Originally from Brescia, Italy, Chef Mattia has traveled the world refining his culinary art. This event, aptly named “Double Delights,” features a four-hands dinner where the chefs combine their mastery of Italian and Asian cuisines. The multi-course menu is inspired by their personal histories and memories, promising an elaborate journey through flavors and cultures. Highlights include Chef Mattia’s casoncelli pasta, Chef Rhea’s rendition of the beloved bulalo, and a Thai-inspired premium Iberico pork dish.

This exclusive dinner will take place at La Piazza Ristorante Italiano on May 15 and 16, 2024, with tickets priced at PHP 3,888 nett per person.
