Cowrie Grill celebrates 1st anniversary

On its first anniversary, Cowrie Grill in Greenhills has introduced new layers of flavor with dishes that celebrate Italy’s culinary heritage.

 

Spearheading the welcome updates of the yin-yang partnership between chefs Michael So Chan and Marco Ghini.

 

Ghini brings his experience in managing Italian bistros and restaurants and complements So Chan’s signature classical French technique. Diners and long-time visitors to Cowrie Grill can expect an even better time with both expert chefs at the helm.

 

Cowrie Grill is operated by The Manila Hotel.

 

Guests, community representatives and press attended the restaurant’s anniversary celebration and feasted on a buffet spread of various antipasti like gnocchi frito, funghi fritti and salumi misti, as well as the restaurant’s signature Angus Prime Rib and Tortelli Di Erbette.

“On our first anniversary, we at the Cowrie Grill honor our guests who have supported us since the restaurant’s early days at the Grande Dame,” said Dr. Enrique Yap, executive vice president, The Manila Hotel. “We shall endeavor to elevate the level of service and cuisine that we serve at the Grill as we continue to deliver time-honored traditions of how the ultimate dining experience should be,” he added.
