S kitchen, Sheraton Manila’s all day dining destination, elevates itself to a new luxury with the entry of new Executive Chef Andrea Burzio, and with its “Pranzo & Cena”: The Italian Family Feasts.
Pranzo & Cena, a brainchild of Chef Andrea, is a culinary experience that celebrates the rich flavors of Italy, inspired by the warmth of Italian family traditions and communal moments, relishing the joy of shared meals with loved ones.
Chef Andrea’s culinary journey spans multiple exotic countries in Europe, Caribbean, Thailand, Myanmar, the Philippines, as well as modern — Hong Kong, and France. He honed his craft with the experience of working with Chef Gallo at Miichelin-starred La Barrique restaurant where he mastered the art of slow cooking, mousses, espumas, and advanced food preparation techniques.
Pranzo & Cena: The Italian Family Feasts will be available from Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, starting October 2, 2023. Weekday dining is priced at 3,200 net per person, while weekend dining is offered at 3,500 net per person.
