To further establish its presence in the Philippines, Hong Kong-based hospitality management Swiss-Belhotel International (SBI) aims to expand its reach to a broader demographic. The management sets sights on managing 180-room Swiss-Belinn Baguio and 156-room Swiss-Belexpress Fairview properties in 2023 with Bataan, Pampanga, Bukidnon, Mandaluyong, and Boracay will see its opening soon.

Swiss-Belhotel made its comeback in Manila in 2017 for its venture with 271-room Valero Grand Suites by Swiss-Belhotel Makati, and expanded its portfolio with the management agreement of 171-room Chinatown property, Swiss-Belhotel Blulane. From an earlier interview, the management said that they aim to have 30 properties in a ten-year expansion program in the Philippines. 

SBI currently has a growing portfolio of more than 125 hotels, resorts and projects, manages properties in 19 countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, China, Cambodia, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, and Europe.
