Chroma Hospitality, the management company of Crimson Hotels and Resorts in Mactan, Boracay, Filinvest City Manila, Quest Hotels in Tagaytay, Clark, and Cebu, and Timberland Highlands Resort, has been active throughout the pandemic, and now that travel restrictions are easing – they are becoming even more bullish.

After the success of the “Live Love Local” campaign last year, Chroma announces the launch of its latest campaign for 2023, “The Time is Now”.

The campaign’s official teaser was unveiled recently during their event entitled Travel Revelations that aims to inspire travelers to plan their next adventure, explore new destinations, and support local communities. Its video captures the essence of travel and the excitement that comes with exploring new places and cultures.

“We are delighted to launch our latest campaign, ‘The Time is Now,’ which focuses on the joy of travel and the importance of cherishing the moments with loved ones. We know that travel is back, and we want to encourage people to step out of their comfort zones, plan meaningful events, get back to business, get married, or even start a family. The time is now to create unforgettable experiences that will last a lifetime.” – Carmela Bocanegra, Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Chroma Hospitality

The Time is Now packages will be announced in the coming weeks, with Crimson Boracay leading the group as they will give clients Php9,000 worth of resort credits for those that will book their travels at least 30 days in advance.

Chroma Hospitality also announced the latest updates for its first property, Crimson Mactan. After undergoing a refurbishment, the property is ready to welcome guests with renewed concepts and sustainability efforts that will highlight the new coral nurseries, and continued partnership with local government units to increase livelihood opportunities for the local community.

The reopening will also feature the introduction of the first Kaiseki concept in Cebu, Aka. Guests can experience Chef Ogata’s delectable cooking through the Nibitashi and Wagyu course. Aka will open along with the refreshed Azure and Saffron outlets later this year.

“We are excited to reintroduce Crimson Mactan to our guests with our new and renewed concepts. We want to offer our guests a unique and memorable experience, and at the same time, we want to do our part in promoting sustainability and supporting the local community.” –  James Montenegro, Chroma Hospitality’s Country Manager

Meanwhile, Mimosa Plus Golf, located in Clark, Pampanga recently opened its newly renovated clubhouse and golf course, now boasting a modern, sustainable design. The bunkers have been refinished and rebuilt to be more visually striking, while the grass has been changed to Zoysia, which requires less maintenance and can handle the tropical weather. These changes are in line with Mimosa Plus’ shift to greener and more sustainable practices, and the course is applying for the GEO Foundation for Sustainable Golf certification. As a result, Mimosa was awarded the Best Golf Course in the Philippines by the World Golf Awards. The next phase of the Mimosa Plus Golf development includes the reconstruction of the Driving Range and the launch of the Mimosa Plus Golf Academy which aims to support the future of golf in the Philippines.

The Hilltop at Mimosa, known for its scenic backdrop of Mimosa Plus Golf, has been a favorite wedding and social spot in Clark. Mimosa has announced the launch of an elevated Hilltop experience by Q3 of this year, featuring modern interiors perfectly blended with the landscape of Mimosa Plus.

Other soon-to-open developments inside the Filinvest Mimosa estate include The Retail Strip, a lifestyle and recreational strip, and The Crib, a hip co-living residential space perfect for the contemporary worker.

The group also announced its plans to expand its services in various sectors, including the development of sustainable hotels, the expansion of its homegrown food and beverage brands, and third-party management services for independent hotels.

Montenegro maintains their commitment to sustainable developments as they have commenced foundation activity for Grafik Baguio and Quest Sheridan projects, both scheduled to be completed by the 4th quarter of 2024.

The full-service hotel, Grafik Baguio, will feature 256 rooms, meeting facilities, a spa, and three outlets. Designed with green building strategies, it will be built according to global best practices in line with the EDGE Green Building Program of the International Finance Corp. Grafik Baguio is poised to become a world-class building that integrates green building strategies to reduce its impact on climate change and improve the surrounding community’s quality of life.

Chroma Hospitality’s homegrown food and beverage brands, Firehouse and Baker J, are also expanding beyond Filinvest City to BGC, Makati, and Cebu this year. With three full-service Baker J Café’s located in Entrata Filinvest City, Mimosa+ Clark, and Tagaytay, along with two boutique kiosks situated in Festival Mall and Molito Lifestyle Center, Chroma Hospitality offers customers an outstanding dining experience. Firehouse, which has a branch in Entrata, will open another branch in Makati this year. These expansions will further the company’s reach in Metro Manila.

Chroma Hospitality is committed to providing exceptional services to the growing market of consumers in the Philippines. With its expansion plans and a bullish outlook, the company invites interested parties to partner with them and bring exceptional brand and service to more locations.

The company aims to achieve its goals in the next five years, while it continues to establish a benchmark of excellence in the Philippine hospitality industry.
