Microtel group has formally launched its 13th hotel in the Philippines on Friday last week in a location that will likely generate a mix of corporate and academic clientele.
Microtel by Wyndham UP Technohub is a 120-room property inside an Ayala Land business park. Its close proximity to the University of the Philippines-Diliman, known for regularly hosting major scientific and academic conferences in the Philippines, would ensure the hotel has a steady flow of MICE on top of long-stay traffic from Technohub.
The hotel has a 200-pax capacity function room and three smaller meeting rooms that may seat 20 to 30 people each. The six-storey building’s rooftop is capable of holding 80 to 100 people in a cocktail setup.
The property is catered to by Millie’s restaurant.
