Hilton Clark welcomes the Christmas season with ‘Mayap A Pascu’ festive indulgences

Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort, the premier staycation destination North of Metro Manila, celebrates its first Christmas Season with ‘Mayap A Pascu’ highlighted by the ceremonial lighting of its Christmas Tree and well-curated festive indulgences. 

“We would like to pay homage to the colorful and vibrant Christmas seasons that Pampanga is known for; a proud reflection of the joyous and fervent celebration centered around family reunions specially during this time,” shares Leo Holli, hotel general manager, adding “As the hotel celebrates its very first Christmas season, we are inspired by the strength and harmony shown by all Filipinos and remain committed to providing our guests with worry-free experiences.”

To start the festivities, Holli was joined by guests of honor: Carol Uy, Regional Director, Department of Tourism Region 3; Manny Gaerlan, President, Clark Development Corporation; and Arwin Lingat, Mabalacat City tourism officer for the official lighting of the hotel’s Christmas Tree by the welcome lobby hosted by Miss Universe Philippines – Angeles City 2021 Mirjan Hipolito, following social distancing protocols. 

The hotel’s Christmas Tree lighting ceremony ushers in the hotel’s ‘Mayap A Pascu’ celebration with gourmet dining selections available from November 15 onwards. 

At Olive, revel in an unforgettable buffet dining experience with an indulgent selection of Yuletide favorites prepared by Executive Chef Robert Davis. December 24 and 25 lunch and dinner buffet is priced at Php 2,400 per person. December 26 is at Php 2,100, while dinner buffet on December 31 is Php 2,500. On New Year’s Day January 1 and on 2, 2022, lunch and dinner buffet is priced at Php 2,100.

The vibrant, interactive all-day dining restaurant also offers Yuletide Feasts To Go, for guests who choose to celebrate in the comfort of their homes with set menu highlights such as Christmas Ham and Turkey, Xi-gnature Peking Duck, and 6-hour Slow-braised Australian Beef Brisket, among others. Prices start at Php 6,000.

Chinese Executive Chef Hon Seng Yong masterfully works the wok at Xi and serves up a mouth-watering ensemble of authentic Cantonese culinary treasures for the holidays. Patrons may choose from three lavish set menus: Fortune, Prosperity and Longevity, with prices starting at Php 1,888 per person for a minimum of two diners per set.

Spread the love and holiday cheer with Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort’s Santa’s Sweets Christmas Goodies at Treat. Sure to be the talk of the town of any family gathering, each confection is delicately handcrafted by the hotel’s team of culinary artisans. Santa’s Sweets include: Gingerbread house, Fruitcake, Santa Red Velvet Cake Roll, and Gingerbread Christmas Tree, among others with prices starting at Php 200.

Guests are invited to elevate their Yuletide celebrations over well-appointed function spaces, bespoke menus and the dedicated services of Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort’s team. Set menu rates start at Php 123,000 for the first 50 guests, with applicable charges for every additional person.
