Javier Hernandez was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of AyalaLand Hotels and Resorts Corporation (AHRC) last April; this is concurrent with his position as President & CEO of Ten Knots Development Corp. in El Nido, and President & CEO of Sicogon Island Tourism Estate Corp. in Northern Iloilo.
Hernandez has worked with Ayala Land, Inc. for 30 years. He spent a total of 20 years in Ayala Malls, 4 years with Sales and Marketing Group of AyalaLand, before transferring to AHRC in mid-2016.
At AHRC, he is responsible for overall management of Seda Hotels, El Nido & Lio Resorts, Sicogon Resorts, as well as the Lio and Sicogon tourism estates.
Hernandez graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the San Francisco State University in California, USA.
