Best Western Plus Ivywall Panglao welcomes Yvonne Villacorte as its General Manager. A dedicated professional with 27 years of experience in the tourism industry covering travel agencies, resorts and International chains.

Villacorte brings with her strong record of achievement in re-engineering sales and marketing department. She started her career in the hospitality industry as sales and marketing manager and years of her stint in joining different chains of hotels (IHG, Marco Polo, Accor, Rosewood, and Best Western PLUS). Her career path led to her becoming the general manager of a 3-hotel complex in Makati that involved re-branding and re-launching of Best Western brand in the country.

Prior to joining BW Ivywall Panglao, she spent four years in New World Saigon, Novotel and M Gallery. Extremely energetic, she will oversee the 80-room hotel’s day-to-day operations with strong regard towards sustainability and providing guests with genuine and heartfelt service.

Villacorte is a graduate of University of Santo Tomas holding a diploma in Bachelor of Science in Tourism.
