Dusit Hospitality Management College opens its doors for SY 2019-2020

Dusit Hospitality Management  College (DHMC) opened its doors for future hoteliers, restaurant entrepreneurs and culinary masters for School Year 2019-2020. A premier higher education establishment that has risen along McKinley Parkway, DHMC welcomed its second batch of hospitality professionals and hosted a series of information sessions and tours for aspiring students under the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Professional Advancement Centre.

“We are in for a truly exciting journey as we open the doors of our state-of-the-art facility at Bonifacio Global City for the School Year 2019-2020,” shares Managing Director Frouke Gerbens.

Learning restaurant

With the School now running for a year for aspiring hoteliers, students are taken on an elevated level of immersion with DHMC’s premier address. The facility noted is the tall, commanding building along McKinley Parkway. It boasts of cutting-edge features including classrooms fitted with the latest AV and learning equipment, library and learning centre, hotel operation simulation areas, think tank for student collaborations, modern learning kitchens, training restaurant and wine science laboratory.

The school presents a remarkable integrated approach in connection with international hotel brand dusitD2 making its Metro Manila debut with dusitD2 the Fort, Manila. An urban getaway tastefully adorned with modern-minimalist inspirtation, dusitD2 the Fort, Manila showcases 125 keys, lifestyle and recreational facilities plus additional serviced residences. Meetings and special gatherings now have a new address to call home with dusitD2 the Fort Manila, function and meeting facilities. Gastronomes and connoisseurs are spoilt for choice with 8 dining outlest to choose from, themed to cater to varying tastes: Grab & Go, All Day Dining, Tapas Bar, Chef’s Table, Food Hall, Learning Restaurant, Wine Science Room and the Rooftop Bar.

On top of its modern facilities, the innovative and integrated approach in higher education of DHMC is under the instruction of top caliber industry talents. DHMC’s curriculum presents innovative learning in partnership with École hôtelière de Lausanne, Institut Paul Bocuse and Dusit International. Instructors which include top industry names such as Master Chef of France and Director of Culinary Arts, Cyrille Soenen, have undergone an intensive seires of accreditations for qualified learning instruction that will enable students to graduate job-ready with a notable competitive edge.
