Ascott Philippines adds more properties

The Ascott Limited’s Philippine cluster adds more properties to its expansion plan targetting to reach 6,000 units in over 25 to 30 properties across the country by 2020. The cluster also announced the signing of three more management contracts in the Philippines — premier properties Citadines Amigo Iloilo, Citadines Leviste Makati, and Citadines Malate Manila, increasing the Philippine cluster roster to 22 properties, eight of which are operational and 14 are under development.

To date, four operational properties are in Makati City central, namely Ascott Makati, Somerset Millenium Makati, Somerset Olympia Makati and Citadines Salcedo Makati. Meanwhile, Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila, Somerset Alabang Manila, Citadines Millenium Ortigas Manila and Citadines Bay City Manila are the firts Ascott properties in Taguig, Muntinlupa, Ortigas and Pasay, respectively.
