Feast on a wide selection of cold appetizers to kick start your epicurean journey. For your first pit stop, try our Tuna Tartare en “Habit Vert”, Smoked Salmon and Baby Asparagus in Soft-boiled Egg, Barramundi Gravlax in Squid Ink Brioche, Ahi “Tataki” with Ponzu Sauce, and Shrimp Cocktail in Tangy Lime Sauce.
Seafood cuisine aficionados may delight in authentically prepared dishes and classic specials such as Fritto-Misto (Fried Calamari, Crispy Tawilis, and Shrimp Fritter), Mini Crab Cakes and Fish Pie with Peas, Tuna Sisig in Crispy Peas, Shrimp Bisque, and Tuna Sisig in Crispy Tortilla.
