Midori Clark Hotel and Casino’s Toscana Dining will be offering authenthic and contemporary Filipino cuisines in commemoration of the 119th Philippine Independence Day. The Chefs will be featuring dishes from Pampanga, Bicol and Cebu regions during their lunch and dinner buffet schedules; Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Toscana Dining has gained praises from guests who savored its wide buffet selections since it started last July 1, 2016. Guests can enjoy its different stations such as salad, shabu-shabu, live seafoods station, dessert, ice cream, dimsum, halo-halo, free flowing coffee, grilled station for salmon and squid, soup, Korean, Japanese and Filipino selections. A Chinese carving station is a must-try, you may opt for Peking duck, pork belly or roasted chicken. There are eight (8) main entrees, usually of Western fares but for this month of June 2017, they will be highlighting our very own Filipino favorites. The buffet also comes with a free beer.
